As you visit our office requesting dental care you undertake a personal obligation and responsibility for your account. Our office policy is to request payment from you as services are rendered. In an effort to keep dental costs down, while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following payment options for the use of our patients:
- We accept personal checks, bank checks and cash.
- We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
- We offer a new line of instant credit called Care Credit, a credit card for dentistry. With fast approval over the phone, arrangements are made for affordable monthly payments. CareCredit offers payment plans extending 12 to 48 months more depending upon the amount borrowed.
- We offer a 5% cash discount for prepayment of treatment fees for all major treatment. A 2% discount will be offered for credit card payments.
Greenville Family Dental Center participates with several insurance companies: CDPHP, GHI, and Delta Dental. If you have other dental insurance, we will help you to maximize your insurance benefits.
We will contact your insurance carrier to determine what your specific benefits are, and whether you have any deductible, or co-payments. We do request that any deductible or co-payments, along with any estimated non-covered patient portion be paid in full at the time of your treatment. Our office will accept assignment of your insurance benefits and bill your insurance company as a courtesy to you. If the insurance company has not paid within 90 days of the charge, the remaining balance will be billed to you at that time.
Although we will assist you in obtaining maximum insurance benefits, we cannot guarantee what, if any, your insurance will pay towards your dental treatment. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. Please remember that some, or perhaps all of the services provided may not be covered by your plan. In this case, you are fully responsible for all payments.
